Composite Ni-Al Wire

Better self-bonding material than molybdenum wire, particularly with regards to strength. Coatings are dense and resistant to high temperature oxidation, thermal shock etc. This material is also called versatile undercoat material.


  Alloyed Ni-Al Wire

Primarily used as a bond coat. Also Suitable for dimension restoration on nickel and nickel alloys.


  High-Chromium Nickel     Based Alloy Wire

3.0  2.0  1.6

Highly resistant to sulfide/vanadium oxide atmospheres in high temperatures and shares a nearly identical thermal expansion rate with the carbon steel tubes.

Can be sprayed to degrade high temperature corrosion and particles erosion of water wall tubes in steam generating boilers, lower furnace section of the boiler, transition section of boiler, super heaters, and tube walls in black liquor recovery boilers.


  Cored Wires

2.0

Coatings made from these cored wires own high hardness (≥60 HR30N) and show excellent abrasive and erosive wear resistance and can be used as protective materials for boiler tubes of CFBBs.
