Partially Pre-Alloyed Cu/Sn Diffusion Powders

Applications:

Widely used in the manufacture of low noise self-lubricating bearings with a diameter less than 2mm, quality special diamond saw blades etc.

Orange-yellow or yellowish brown, similar to dendritic shape powder with high flowability as atomized bronze powders, high compression strength as mixed powder of Cu and Sn, and relatively low apparent density.

1. Used in micro oil-retaining bearings, it reaches the international advanced level and can substitute for imported product.

2.Used in quality saw blades, pre-alloyed tin is added into tools matrix to avoid leaking of tin, remarkably reduce sintering temperature of matrix and maintain strength of diamond at high temperatures. Sintered at below 830℃, bit hardness is 85, which has a good performance in cutting granite and marbles. Speed can reach 3m/min to cut tiles lcm thick while one element mixed powder is only 2m/min, which means the cutting speed increases by 50%. Observed under microscope, diamond in blades exposes well, and few grains are lost. Partially pre-alloyed Cu/Sn diffusion powders have good holding to diamond and self-sharpen ability.
